Giant Squid
The Giant Squid looks like an octopus but has many more legs, many more suction cups and a beak-like mouth. It can be found mostly very deep in oceans surrounding Japan. The proof people have is one picture and many dead bodies of this cryptic! Scientists have used a camera to take pictures in front of bait. It worked! It worked because the camera took a picture every 2 minutes it got a quick picture of a squid-like creature!
The Giant Squid may have come from the mythological creature called the Kraken. The Giant Squid faces many battles with the sperm whales. Most of them have been found on the coast of Japan.
